Single-family existing homes
- Sales of single-family homes increased to 455 during the week of July 16, from 444 the week prior
- The median price of single family homes increased to $430,000, a change of 2.4%
- Single-family inventory increased by 9, and now sits at 4,083
Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas
- Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 146 during the week of July 16, from 143 the week prior
- The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas remains constant at $270,000
- Condo inventory increased by 15, and now sits at 1,629
